Field Notes: July Starts Bring October Harvests

October is the time that we are harvesting crops to store for the winter. Of course, we needed to plan and plant way ahead of time for these crops to be ready now . . .

Note the pitterpatter of rain on the greenhouse roof: it was a perfect day to be transplanting. Of course, this little movie comes complete with professional polish at the end!
